Generator Service, Warranty, and Maintenance
Altitude Electric is partnered with Generac to provide standby power to the mountain homes of the area. With the beautiful, but erratic weather of Colorado, Generac generators provide peace of mind that you will never be powerless.
With a permanently installed home backup generator, your home is automatically protected. The unit runs on natural gas or liquid propane fuel and sits outside just like a central air conditioning unit. You may also consider a portable generator unit that, combined with a transfer switch system and proper installation, can support certain selected circuits during a power outage. The proper installation and usage of a manual transfer switch system in conjuncture with a portable generator is vital in preventing damage to appliances, well-pumps, and motor loads. Additionally, without an actual transfer switch, your generator can reenergize the utility line resulting in injury and potentially death to the lineman working to resolve the power outage.
Altitude Electric has experience installing and maintaining other brands of generators including Kohler, Briggs and Stratton, and more.
